The Price and Co “Enter to Win Shopping Spree” (the “Shopping Spree”) is open to legal residents of Mississippi who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Price and Co, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
There are two ways to enter:
(a) Free Entry:
Scan the QR code displayed in-store or on promotional materials and complete the online entry form. Each completed form equals one (1) free entry into the Shopping Spree.
(b) Bonus Entry (Optional):
After you’ve signed up for your free entry, you may earn one (1) additional entry for every $1 (one dollar) spent in-store during the Sweepstakes Period. Purchases are not required to enter or win.
Alternative Free Method of Entry (Equal Opportunity):
To receive the same number of entries without making a purchase, you may send a hand-written postcard containing your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Each postcard will be worth one (1) entry, and you may submit as many postcards as the number of entries that could otherwise be earned through purchases. All mailed entries must be postmarked by November 15, 2025 and received within 5 days thereafter.
All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning.
The Shopping Spree Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on Nov 5, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on November 20, 2025 (““Enter to Win Shopping Spree” Period).
One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Price and Co Gift Card.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $_1,000___.
No cash or prize substitutions allowed except at the sponsor’s discretion.
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on November 20, 2025 by Price and Co, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this “Enter to Win Shopping Spree”.
Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of selection. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the “Enter to Win Shopping Spree” Period, regardless of method of entry.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Price and Co, which are final. Price and Co reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Rules.
Price and Co. and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries. Entrants agree to hold harmless Price and Co. and its employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize.
By entering, entrants grant permission for Price and Co. to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
